What can I do on MyFitTribe?

You can blog! Blogging is a great way to keep track of your progress, share tips and tricks and ask questions from the MyFitTribe team. Post a question for everyone to see and you’ll get answers from the MyFitTribe team as well as all the great people in the community.

Make friends! Build a profile to tell people about yourself, then browse the MyFitTribe community and find great friends! You can check out other people’s profiles and user images and learn about the great people that make up the MyFitTribe community. You can leave guestbook messages, private email messages, regular email messages and more. See what your friends are up to by clicking on the “My Buddies’ Posts” link in your User Menu.

Groups and Forums! Groups is a way you can hang out with other MFT tribe members that have the same interests as you do. You can upload group specific pictures, create polls, create events and have discussions. If you are interested in hardcore training, base jumping, or anything else for that matter, you can create a group and invite friends to join. Forums are a place where MyFitTribe users go to have a discussion about anything from pizza to movies. The forums are a more casual atmosphere where you can ask a question or discuss just about anything.

Upload pictures! Have a great pic to share? Let the world know using your image album in your profile section. Need some tips or tricks from the pros? Upload a picture of yourself, and the pros here on the site can give you bodypart specific tips.

Track your progress! Upload progress pictures, and your body and lifting stats so that you can keep track of your progress over time, and share it with others. Your stats are automatically graphed so you can easily see how much progress you have really made.

Workout with FREE workout circuit videos! Check out the Video Workouts section, it contains tons of great workout circuits you can do at home, at the gym, or even at your office! You can even download them to your video iPod and take your JamCore training tips with you to the gym! Check out the JamCore Training workout circuits by clicking on the Video Workouts menu.

Watch Videos! MyFitTribe has tons of great videos featuring recipes, nutrition and health tips, workout tips, training tips, exercise techniques and more! You can even subscribe to the video feed using your iPod or Miro player free! Just click on the Videos link in the main bar!

Read Articles. Read some of the best articles available on the Internet. Created by some of the top people in the business, MyFitTribe articles give you the tips and tricks you need to stay young, get healthy, lose weight and be fit!

Tell your friends. You can tell people about MyFitTribe by using the “Invite a Friend” link in your User Menu. If you like the site and all the great content and features, tell someone! You can also use the Digg and Reddit links at the bottom of the articles and content on the site to tell the world about posts you see on MyFitTribe. And every content item on the site has a “share” link you can use to tell someone about a great article or image you saw on MyFitTribe.
