Got it Ves, top to bottom, front to back :-p.
I'll stay focused on the... what was I doing again?

I love S.L.D.L's but dang you can stretch far Ves... i expected your back to round as you were breaking parallel! [but you didnt!]

I usually elevate myself up by about 3" in a platform when I do SLDLs but I dont touch the ground with the bar [I use the 45lb plates and they're a lot larger [length wise] than the other weights]

I like to go slow down simply so i can let the weight stretch me slightly farther than I could stretch myself. If i do it smart I dont get injured, but is that okay that I do that?
