Do you notice something....

Jamo's physique and Sagi's physique BOTH in their own rights are muscular, defined, symmetrical yet both have two differing training ideals. One trains as a bodybuilder the other trains with a mix of some bodybuilding principles and core functioning..i.e Jamcore.

My point is, is that you don't need to follow your typical bodybuilding routine to have a good body and whilst you can argue that Jamo was once a bodybuilder so therefore he has the background and previous experiences of that what Sagi now does, following the Jamcore principles is not something that is limited to your fitness models-male and female.

It's for everybody.

I'm sure most of you do anyhow, but try to incorporate some of Jamo's principles into your training. It's good for your psyche, its good for your flexibility, its good for your training and most importantly with myself pretty much trying almost every Weider principle out there in my time of training, its great for variety, which is the spice of life, people!

by some crazy trainers!

I totally agree its all about intensity. Intensity builds immensity.

Its also smart to understand that intensity is also different depending on the situation.
For example, taking a short rest between your sets for a workout one week can be crazy intense.. like 30 seconds rest, or no rest just to mix it up.
Its also intense when you're taking your typical 60-90sec. rest but busting out 12 reps with some crazy weight.
ANd there are totally different other variations as well.

I like the fact that you explained the difference...

... between your goals - bodybuilding as opposed to training to maintain. Many people don't understand that there's a difference in the way you train based on each individual goal.

Great info...

As always, great info. I have a question on pairing up body parts. Do you feel you have enough energy to adequately exercise the 2nd body part ? Lee Labrada stated he works Chest, shoulder, and triceps all in one workout. After working the chest and shoulders, how could one have enough strength to exercise the triceps adequately ?

What are your thoughts on this ?
