You never fail to keep me motivated.. enjoyed the video. The W.O. you put together for me has been great. I thought my knee was injured for awhile but it was just some nerve on the outer left side so I've been right back in as soon as Dr. told me. Met Teri while she was down here,, wonderful lady. We both talked about one day coming out your way. Not for any videos but to meet the man himself... keep well brother and hope to one day meet ya.

great vid jamo ;) definately helped me , before this video i was always sqeasing my whole arm ( including forearms ) at the top of the curls , i know just use my hands as hooks and use straps and sometimes hooks on certain exercises to isolate completly for example my dumbell shrugs i use hooks and i have completely taken my arms out of the movement so i am hitting my traps 100% , keep these videos coming please , there great ;) would be good to see TIP ON BIG CHEST next ????? or TIP ON BIG TRICEPS next ????? just some suggestions ;)

2 -i do my curls like you and its true. people are like to me "What the hell you are only curly 30lbs or w/e" and im like yah
but my form is perfect, like yourself and it really works. Also everyone needs to know that its very easy to over train your biceps.
my routine is as follows
- dumbbell curls - 5 sets 12 - 10 - 8 - 8 - failure (big drop set)
- easy bar curl - 5 sets 12 - 10 - 10 - 8 - 4
- cable curls (standing up. cables at head height and curl both cables to head at the same time) 4 sets of 8 - 12 reps
machine curl (wide grip) 4 sets of 8-12 reps
machine curl close grip 4 sets of 8-12
