Nutritional Content: A low-carb meal
NUTRITIONAL CONTENT FOR ONE "BOAT"/WRAP WITH CHICKEN & SAUCE

RECIPE:
2 tB sriracha hot chili sauce
< 1/2 cup hot water
3/4 c peanut butter
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tB Stevia
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cracked pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
sprinkle cilantro
sprinkle green onion
3.0 oz cooked chicken, sliced
romaine lettuce hearts (leaf), large
PREPARE: Cook 3 oz of chicken and rise & wash one large romaine heart per serving.
Slice the chicken, and place on top of the romaine hearts.
DIRECTIONS: Mix peanut butter into a bowl. Slowly add in the water to get a creamy texture. Next add 2 tB hot chili sauce, sesame oil; continue to stir. Sprinkle in the cumin, cracked pepper and garlic powder. Add stevia to taste (sweetness).
Sprinkle in cilantro and green onion.
Finally, spoon about 3 tB of the sauce onto the romaine heart boats with the chicken on them. You're done!
Save the rest of the sauce for more "boats", or for later recipes.
**NOTE: For nutritional purposes, I esimated there are about 30 servings in the Thai Sauce mixture.
