Thank you, ladies, for the blog! Women do indeed have some unique needs (as compared to men) - so a gender-specific thought process is a great place to start. I would remind all of your readers/viewers that there is a difference in quality of supplements. Cheaper is sometimes reflective of poor quality. Investing in high quality food and supplements is an investment in yourself that pays huge dividends!

Dont forget the fish oil for your joints, heart, skin, eyes and brain. (Or more specifically the Omega3 in fish oil, EPA and DHA). Good blog, short and sweet (informative)!
