It helps build mass and a great peak on your biceps. For Women who aren't interested in massive arms: don't be afraid of this exercise! I really have gotten to love this exercise. really hammers the biceps.

i just recently add this to my bicep routine and in about 6 weeks i add 1 inch to my arms i use the ez curl bar and a few other exercises but its a great exercise as well... the information is so great here at myfittribe.com!!!
