Looks great! I especially like the combination of the lean beef mixed with the turkey... this is absolutely something i'd try. Of course, my version would include some additional seasonings & flavors, but I love this concept. Thanks guys!

NUTRITIONAL INFO

Ok, so since I'm decently familiar with the packages of red meat, those packages look to be about 3 lb packs, so heres the recipe ingredients I'm going with:

6 eggwhites
6 lb Turkey burger 99% Fat Free
3 lb Lean Ground Beef
1c Oats
6c Cabbage
1 Avacado
1c Feta cheese (Reduce fat)
1/4c (4tB) Sriracha Chili Sauce
1/4c Banana Peppers
1 can (small) Diced Tomatoes
2 tB Green Olives, diced
1/2c (8 tB) Ketchup, (reduced Sugar/Sodium)
2 c Cilantro

Directions:
Mix the filler materials in a big bowl; the cabbage, cut up the avacado and throw it in, feta cheese, banana peppers, diced tomatoes, green olives, cilantro, sriracha chili sauce and finall the ketchup. After well mixed, move on to the main bulk of the meatballs, the meat!
Mix the turkey burger, ground beef and egg whites into a bowl. Before you start the actual mixing, add in the filler materials. Give it some love, and mix all the ingredients until they are very well mixed and spread throughout.
Place into cupcake pans so that you have even sized meatballs, then cook them in the oven at 350* Fahrenheit until cooked.

The recipe makes about 50 meatballs that are approximately 4 ounces.
If you want a bigger meatball, the recipe creates about 202 ounces of meatball, so divide it how you want.
For a 15g protein meatball, you will need to make them about 3.8 ounces, so a little more than 50 meatballs.

Here's the nutritional info per 4 ounce meatball:

7g fat
2g saturated fat
16.5g protein
3.5g carbs
< 1g fiber
1g sugar
120 mg Sodium

thanks for posting this! Now I know at what temperature to bake them, ty man, but in terms to "until cooked," how long does it normally take, 15 min?

Stephen Kenna

Haha.

Yeah, this video rocked.
It only adds to the hilarity that English is not his first language.
