I hate doing these....

I know I must do them, but I can't walk for days afterward. Even if I stretch them when done. I still have a very hard time walking if I really push them like they need to be.

Great Workout!

Hey up, so, if you aren't trying to get your calves bigger but more toned and diamond shaped, how many times a week could you do this workout? I was thinking of working my calves and forearms together in the evenings on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - like I said about my calves, I'm not really fussed on getting my forearms bigger either! Just wanna add definition to them. So for that, would working calves and forearms 3 times a week be okey?

Oh yeah, and Sagis calves look amazing! Good workout man, another great video ! :)

Thanks for the video dude!

Jamo I have had an extremely hard time developing calves. I have a very small bone structure and tiny ankles. All my muscles on my frame look very big because of my skeletal system but my calves look small. I have read that lower reps build calves more because since you walk on them everyday you need heavy weight to build them up. Should I keep my reps above 20 because right now I am keeping my reps in the 4-6 rep range because I am following Max OT (which is incredible by the way). Let me know what you think.

YOU WILL NEVER GET BIG CALVES FROM DOING 6 reps ..take it from me ! I tried everything when i was competing , and the only way that got me bigger calves was high reps ! I can Bet anyone ! lol lol

Well, I tried this workout yesturday, I stuck a lot of weight onto the dumbbell and for the first exercise that Sagi did, I felt the burn at about 18 reps, continued till about 25 and then I REALLY felt it hard on my calves, where as when I had gottan to 6 reps I couldn't feel anything much...
Also, think I may have replied to Jamo instead of the person above Jamo. but yeah, thats what I found, it took about at least 18 reps to feel the burn then a few more to get a good burn :) !

Oh yeah, thanks for the reply to me aswell man, gonna work them on Tuesdays and Saturdays :)
