Calves are designed to keep a body upright through anything this world has to throw at it 16 hours day for a lifetime. Ftwitch calf muscle is like animal/ape muscle, Train it heavy 4 sets to fail 5 times a week. Only rest them when your heart tells you that it's time. Just wondering how often do you train calves? Some people say once a week and some say twice a week. What do you think is the best?

I been trying to think of ways to work my lowe legs, I don't have access to one of them machines though.... Work holding a barbell accross the top of my back work the same?

my friend that barely works out used to play DDR nonstop on his toes, he actually has that diamond look its ridiculous....hours and hours of DDR
