Great video blog topic. Lifestyle can create the need for a scheduled time to workout. Body rhythms can influence our preferences based upon energy levels. Experience and a bit of trial and error are generally very useful. But ultimately the very best time to exercise is any time.

I prefer..
I prefer working out in the evening, however, I don't like having a postworkout meal, before bed...So I struggle with the morning workout.
