awesome video, those hands-to-back pushups are hard...i almost got one when i tried, but it was almost a disaster....julien is impressive as usual.

willbefit commented on the bottom and said he might hurt himself trying to do the behind the back pushups, but in my school there's this kid in a grade above me who tried to do them and did hurt himself. I think he was trying to show off, but he tried to do it and came down on his face. He ended up having to get some stitches on his chin or something. It was kind of funny cause he's always trying to make himself out to be so great when he's really just an out of shape kid.

But to be honest I don't know how u did the last exercise! looks so hard :s
