This is a really cool exercise, I don't have a stability ball but I would like to try something similar, maybe laying down on my bench (with my body perpendicular to the bench). I would try it now but my step-bro is nearby and he'd think I'm even more crazy than he already thinks I am.

Also, I think adding ankle weights to this exercise would be cool.
