Push Up> Plank Row > Tricep Kickback
I love the plan row and I incorporate 3 movements; first do a push up, then go right into the row> then finish with a tricep kickback... love it, love it, LOVE IT!!! Great exercise Ves, cannot wait to see more!

Nice, you know what else is a cool one that my trainer showed me? It's similar to this, but instead of holding the plank position you go down and do a pushup, come up, and then execute the one-arm row.
