After much anticipation, MyFitTribe is proud to present Pancake War II! Here is the second part of the pancake cook-off between Nick Jones and Jamo. We all saw Nick's amazing pancakes, but now it's Jamo's turn! Make sure to check out the second part of this video.

Nutrition Facts.
hey guys/gals!! here's the nutrition label facts for these three recipes...these are for the entire recipe, so just divide by however many pancakes you make :D
RECIPE
Protein Pancakes
---------------------------
1/2 c Oats
1/4 c Milk (skim/fat free)
1 1/2 scoops Whey (17g + 8.5g worth of protein; hahahaha :D )
1 Egg (Whole)
1 Egg (White)
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
Pinch of Cinnamon
-------------- STRAWBERRY & BANANA RECIPE & MRS. MAYS RECIPE ADD INGREDIENTS BELOW ----------------
[4 Strawberries]
[ 1/2 small Banana]
[3 taBlespoons Cool Whip Fat Free] + [capful Coconut Extract] + [few sprinkes Coconut Flakes]
[1/2 ounce Mrs. Mays Almond Crunch; smashed & pulverized]
Protein Pancakes:
Strawberry & Banana Protein Pancakes (creme-filled version see below):
Mrs. May's Nut-Crunch Protein Pancakes (same as the protein pancakes plus the nutritional info for Mrs. May's Almond Crunch, as seen below):
1/2 ounce Mrs. Mays Almond Crunch
>> 55 calories
> 6.5g Fat
>> 0.5g saturated
> 4g Carbs
>> 1.5 fiber
>> 1.5 sugar
> 2.5g Protein
For the creme-filled versions, just add this nutritional info here
Creme-filled versions add:
3 taBlespoons Fat Free Cool Whip
>> 25 calories
> 0g Fat
> 4g Carbs
>> 1.5g sugar
> 0g Protein
