Hi Ozzie I have 2 questions for you.
1. How can be determinate the weight to lift for a women, when is to hevy or to light??? and how many reps should be done for each body part??
2. what routine do you recomend (exersices and the day when should be do) for a women who wants to tone her body and lose a little weight like 5 pounds,she trains 5 times a week with weights but want to changes her routine.
