Negative Talk
Hey Clark, You are so right about negative self-talk. I stuggle with this everyday. I have been changing the way i talk to myself. I keep telling myself positive things about myself. Yes, it's alot of work but I know that I can change. Thank you for the words of wisdom. chris in tucson az
This was AWESOME, Clark!
Hi Clark!
What an AWESOME video. This was a GREAT reminder for me, because sometimes I DO get caught up in negative thinking. I don't mean too, but sometimes it just happens. I used to be really negative and feel sorry for myself when things didn't go my way, but since recovering from my illness I see things SO much differently now.
And you are 1000% correct in that there is MORE information here at MFT than we will EVER use and then there are the WONDERFUL people such as yourself that are ready, willing and able to help any of us at a moment's notice. This is an INCREDBLY POSITIVE environment and I just LOVE to bask in the afterglow of all of this POSITIVE energy. :)))))))))
Well, take care, buddy, and keep those pearls of wisdom and insight coming. I never thought of negative thinking as an addiction, but your're right. Major kudos to you, my friend.
Blessings,
Glenn :))
Thank you all...

PMA
Hi Clark, How's it going buddy?
I loved the wind chime in the background, it totally set the scene for your video blog!
PMA 'P'ostive 'M'ental 'A'ttitude. I've said it all along. If the mind is strong the body will follow and the same can go if the mind is weak the body will also follow.
But as a technique can be used as you said, not just in your fitness goals but also in 'life'.
MFT's Thunder from DownUnder Nick Jones uses a mantra "I am Healthy, Strong and Creative" and I know he this applies in everything that he does outside the gym also and that is why he is such a successful businessman to and a damn nice guy.
Excellent Vid Blog
I doth my cap to you Mr Bartram. :-)
