Clark Bartram brings us another great, innovative exercise. Today it's one-legged squat jumps, a plyometric style exercise that looks very challenging and rewarding. i love the fact that you always have fun doing these exercises. its funny to get a great shout of joy after finishing a tough set...
would you categorize this as pretty advanced exercise?
the only thing that makes me say maybe intermediate, is that there is no extra weight added for resistance, but its still a very tough movement with just your bodyweight.. especially because of the upper body strength required to stabilize yourself and keep that "arc" movement..
what do you guys at MFT think? (what about you clark?)
