I LOVE THIS SITE

this site helps so much, it helps give me so much insight to what i shud be doing. however i hav one question. should i train just 3-4 days a week and train my whole body, back, arms, abs etc and have the other days as rest days? OR should i train more than that seperating out the week so i'm only training the different body parts 3-4 times a week and rest those parts the rest of the week?

if u could answer this Jamo or Dorian this would really help thanks alot, great site

Tom :)

You can do ..

Jamo Nezzar's picture

..either , if your goal is to put on mass you can split your body parts For example :
Day one : Legs
Day two : Chest /biceps
Day Three : Off
Fay Four : Shoulder / Triceps
Day five : Back / abs
Day six off
Day Seven : Off

Or you can do a full body approach using a functional core training routine ,following a circuit ...here u train three times a week .

Great video ...

Hearing it from one of the best in the business kind of makes it all sink in. Even though I want to go to the gym everyday, I needed to hear that 3-4 days is sufficient. First from Jamo (Thanks again) and now from Dorian. So I guess it is just a matter of intensity, and diet from here on out.
