YOU ..The Vegas Pro Is the most amazing piece of equipment i have seen . the only reason I haven't shot any exercises with it is because I would like to get good at it like Clark is then bust some cool stuff with it while using it with in the JamCore training System . And thats why I like Clark he is like me Straight forward NO BS !!!!!
TRX versus Vegas Pro ... Honestly Vegas pro much better and a lot harder . The TRX might look prettier but the distribution of the body weight is through one STRAP that split in the middle ..NOT TWO STRAPS LIKE THE VEGAS PRO . Look forward to see me doing some cool exercises using the vegas pro and the weight vest .

I love these straps! Seriously the most enjoyable piece of equipment I own. Every one of my friends after trying them had to go out and get a set. It is hard to describe them without trying them out yourself. Clark you are doing a great job showing how to get the most out of our workouts. Keep up the great work.

This is so much fun getting to shoot and post these videos. I'm just excited that you guys are appreciating them. I fell like the McGuiver of fitness sometimes because I am always trying to come up with creative ways to make fitness fun and effective!
Vegas Pro vs. Ripcords...
Clark,
I think I saw you on TV with a cute little asian fitness model when I was 14, cannot remember her name but I recall you being a regular on her show. I digress.... anyhow, I really would like your honest opinion regarding a comparison of vegas pro vs. ripcords. I have been using ripcords for about 2 years now and I love them but I do have my fair share of complaints. Ripcords offers a door attachment so that you can do just about everything the vegas pro can do but the ripcords and door anchor are not very sturdy or durable.
Any advice or input you can share is greatly appreciated and welcome to MFT, this place is the best on the web, thanks to JAMO!

Man, you're dating me dude...you were just 14! Yes, I was on Kiana's show for 2 seasons and then eventually had my own show, American Health & Fitness. Personally I've never seen or used rip cords, but I can say however that with Vegas Pro...the only weakness will be found in the user or the door as the construction of the actual product is excellent! They are made in the USA 100% and the owners of the company stand behind the product 100%. Thanks for the feedback.

Kiana, that was her name...wow, blast from the past... sorry to date you but you definitely are aging very well. The ripcords are cool but they were out and "rip"(no pun intended) after a few months... the company replaces them for free but it is a hassle to ship back and be without equipment. I am very interested in the vegas straps but not sure what system to get because the doors in my apartment are very very weak. Any recommendations?
