awesome tips!!
the more natural the food, the better it is for you. NOT just for carbs, fats and proteins (of which it will be the healthiest in those categories) but also the much necessary micronutrients.
its a fact that many ( i dont remember the %, but its very high, of) people in the USA are undernourished. how is it that we are the most OBESE yet MOST UNDERNOURISHED country in the world? somethings wrong, that is really pathetic if you think about it.
To help your body out a lot, pick foods that are found in nature as much as possible: the grains, the dark green leafy vegetables (which are so dense with nutrients you'll be giving your body a lifesaving device!!!), and of course the fruits, loaded with so many great nutrients we have not even begun to discover them all! and not only WHAT in the fruit and veggies and natural foods, but HOW they interact with our bodies in those combos (meaning that supplements are NOT necessarily going to give you what you're missing by not eating the whole foods)
remember that hormone imbalances can be caused by malnutrition of specific nutrients. you might be overweight and constantly hungry because you're not getting specific nutrients, not because of calorie deficiet. your body tells you its hungry when it doesn't get what it needs, so take a minute to reflect over your diet and see if YOU are missing anything important. Talk to a dietitian to help figure out your needs
hope that helps ;)

Great Video Blog..I gotta
Great Video Blog..I gotta cut back on my salt, I've been eating too many pretzels. I also have to cut out the ice cream, and some other high sugar foods, that sweet tooth is killer. I got the brown rice, chicken, sweet potato vege's, fish, oatmeal etc. part down, now its more of a matter of cutting out the extra junk! Once again great blog!
Yeah found it.
Thanks for the link. I water down everything before i cook it to try to get some of the salt and stuff out of it. I dont add salt to anything i cook and i dont drink so woot.
Only thing is i usally buy can veggies. I know the frozen is better and i will start getting the fresh or frozen ones soon. Just a bit more quick in a can. I drain it and run it under water for about 2 minutes so i guess its not really that much quicker.
Thanks for the great blog and you can do more hehehe... Thanks again
