Gawd, I love you Mo!!! I can vouch for Ms Mona Liza...even on her off season she is gorgeous, vibrant and the Mo we all love!!! Yes, she likes to eat her islander food and sweets, but it goes to show how her passion for this sport to bounce back and have those six-pack abs again! Girl you rock!!!

MyFitTribe isn't like anywhere else, so straight from the horse's mouth, lets use the words "FREE MEAL" instead. I dislike the word cheat.... its a bit negative. lol :D
And plus, everyone else uses "cheat" meal... we're not like everyone else.... haha
