NUTRITIONAL CONTENT & RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Here's the ingredients, which are approximate, that are in the recipes.
tB = taBlespoon
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
5 tB plain yogurt
2 tB sour cream (fat free)
1 cup Strawberries, raw, cut up (only half of puree is used per recipe serving [1/2 cup])
4 tB Preserves (only half of puree is used per recipe serving [2 tB])
1/2 c Kashi GoLean CRUNCH
3/4 c Kashi Heart-to-Heart Cereal
4 tB whipped cream (sugar free, fat free)
sprinkle of Coconut flakes
sprinkle of Cinnamon
