You mentioned the notion of wanting dessert after dinner. I have not thought about for quite a long time. It probably has more to do with the fact that I no longer have "dinner" and instead, at that time I am probably eating "Meal #5" or "Meal#6".

I still suffer from those late night cravings though! I'm sure I always will, and the best way for me to deal with those is to just think about my goals and how they will be road-bumped if I let myself go.

Hi Carey & Melinda,

I REALLY enjoyed the casual conversation about sugar. I don't have much of a sweet tooth, but there are times when I crave something sweet, besides you two. LOL!!! When I crave something sweet it is like, "I GOT TO HAVE IT!!!" I find I can't stop myself. After I have it then I feel awful because I feel as though I am weak and have no self-control. Should I give into cravings? Is it normal?

I'm not certain, but I think I may have an allergy to sugar. There are some sweet items that I either eat or drink that make me extremely phlegmy...is that a word? I start coughing a lot and feel as though my lungs and bronchial tubes are filling up with that junk. Have you ever experienced that or know of anyone who has? Is it an allergic reaction?

Well, I appreciate the video and suggestions and food for thought. I intend to spend MUCH more time here at MFT reading, watching, listening and asking questions.

Thanks for all that you gals do...Love ya!!!

TriGuy :)
