Great video
Great explanation on the techniques used for the machine squat. It should help me a lot, as I was sometimes worry about doing this exercise considering it can be bad for your back and knees with poor form. Another good video!
moving knees
Great video, as they all are. My trainer rarely has me doing squats unless it was dumbbell squats. Anyway, what I noticed from the video was that your knees stay pretty much stationary and just bending. When I do these which is usually own, I notice that my knees move more forward and backwards. Would this be a foot placement problem. Any help so that I am doing them correctly would be greatly appreciated.
