My personal opinion
My personal opinion is that the Leg Extesion and Leg Curls are only good when used in supplementation to an exercise like the squat, a variation of the squat, or some intense lunges or plyometric work....By themselves, I feel that the leg extension and curl just don't cut it.
edit: I just wanted to add that Dorian is, has always been, and will always be, absolutely awesome.
