2006 NPC Overall fitness Champion, Mona Liza Reyes, is here to show you how to do the LPC. The Lunge, Curl, and Press exercise is excellent for working the legs, biceps, and shoulders all at once!

I personally like doing combination exercises and this is another good example of one. You can hit several muscle groups at once and it really gets your heart rate going. Sometimes I prefer that to sitting on a bench and doing curls, though there is nothing wrong with that either if you really need to focus :) :)

A lot of people seem to think all they have to do is one type of exercise per muscle group. This can be a fun way to mix it up so your workout doesn't get boring! Thanks for sharing!
