Toe orientation?
Whats best, toes in or out? Or straight?
Straight for overall? or should I do four sets and 2 toes in, 2 toes out?
Since this is a very great failure exercise so usually higher reps and more isolation? I would think doing 2 in/2 out might be better?

answer to this is to implement the toe position all the time . I will do toe straight for 4 sets and then maybe do drop sets toe in to out alternating !

This exercise burns the most out of any exercise. I dont know how Dorian did those forced reps. I tried to do that and it was too painful haha, but then again he is 6 time Mr. Olympia.
It Doesn't get better than that ..
..When I filmed this workout with BIG D even that he was already 5 years retired look at the size of those wheels !
