guys - i apolgize to you. didn't mean to start any fights. you all are smart people. we all have our ways.

oh and with that set this is what im doing
meal 1 - protein shake with 2 eggs
meal 2 - half can tuna on 1 piece of whole wheat bread
meal 3 protein shake
meal 4 - other half of tuna
meal 5 - 6oz chicken. 1 cup sald
meal 6 - 6egg whites. 4oz chicken
routine goes
Monday - MORNING CARDIO. OH MY GOD YES! I AM DOING CARDIO LOL. for 15 minute on the eliptical. than workout
tuesday - stair master for 5 minutes running it - workout
wednesday no cardio because its leg day
thrusday - rest / pose only
Friday - cardio for 20 minute / 10 elipital / 5 run / 5 stair master workout
Saturday - 5 minute HEAVY jog - workout
Sunday Workout - no cardio pose
Monday - rest
monday, tuesday, thrusday, friday, sunday - pose day
being Mr. Fruits n' veggie....
i would suggest a few more carbs in your meal plan. it would work great if you had them the meals surrounding your workouts, this way you get them in, and if you're aiming for lower carbs, you still are low. YOI!
