hi jamo!
my girlfriend want to weight LOSS and TONE her body and ask me for that because i love the fitness but I know than the exescise and the nutrition is different the men to women and i cant help her. i want your advice. what you recomend to her.

she is 56 kg and 5.2 feet tall her body fat is 17% and tends to hold the fat in her abs and arms she usually go to the gym and do cardio and weight train, and star to eat clean but her routine is the problem because we dont know how many set, reps and execise she should do, because she didnt want to put to much muscle and look like a men.

what routine(one muscle per day or two or what??) and exercise you recomend to her , how many sets and reps she should do, when is to much weight for her, i like you to answer the question the more specific as you can to help her to achive her goal.
