Your wife for 43, could pass for 30 quite easily thats no joke.

With the question of age, I believe that we are like fine wines and we do actually get better with age. Our knowledge and experience increase and with that we discover new ways to hold back the hands of time and as many people have said 30-40 years in we are still learning about our own bodies.

As much as your lovely wife may be to modest to admit it, I know of many 40 something women out there that would kill to look as youthful and toned as she does. Especially as she has mothered 3 children also.

Without putting on the pressure with my words, you're 2 great role models not matter how you may think and I also think that the peeps on who use this website will be nothing but honoured to hear and read what Anita has to say.

As for me Clark, I hope I can still be as passionate about fitness and keeping healthy as you and Jamo when I get closer to your ages and I mean that with total respect!

I'm be honest too!!

I think the fought to "live for yourself" is something we all have, no matter what our age is. Some days we feel excellent and on top of the world, and other days we feel crappy, and those crappy days seem to be the days where we try to fit someone else's mold, instead of our own.

To Anita: you're in great shape, and i think that's the most attractive body. As long as your happy and healthy, thats all that matters :).

The idea of this blog was more for us to realize we need to live for ourselves, and to an extent, not care what others think, and I'm in full agreeance! Although i have my bad days as well as my good. And sometimes it gets difficult, but that is what family and friends, loved ones, are for!

Looking forward to more! You two are adorable!
