This is a great workout! I will try it on board. I am a seaman and I need an effective and quick workout due to lack of free time and strict schedule.

You too, Jamo...lol No, seriously great job...I see people screwing up in the gym with these exercises all the time, so the form is super important when it comes to all the exercises. If you don't have the proper form, you won't get the results you want and you can easily injure yourself. Anyway, I miss Nick Jones...when are you coming back to town?
