I could feel that workout... lololol.
You could just tell by how slowly and controlled the movement was that Dorian was really feeling it, and then seeing the lats flex helped too.
You guys are still beasts!!!
I've started doing these with two single-hand grips. So my hands are neither pronated nor supinated, but rather my palms are facing each other. Does that make this a completely different exercise than what you're showing here? Because I really feel it in my lats when I do the exercise as mentioned in the previous sentence.
The exercise ..
..with your hand facing each other still does work , its just a different angle .. Just keep switching hands in every workout that best thing you can do for your back .
