Find an activity you like
Great advise Amber, its always the obvious that I think is often not looked at, doing and exercise that you enjoy is probably the most important thing. If a person doesn't enjoy going to the gym it won't be long before they don't go anymore. Find and activity you like or a couple and make them part of your life and routine then meeting health and fitness goals are much easier.
