Hey Nick and Jamo, if you want to see bad form then you should check out this video by Jay Cutler on YouTube. It's called Jay Cutler Training Video. You'll know which one it is because the music he plays in it is Welcome to the Jungle by Guns and Roses. A little bit into it he starts to do bent over rows and he's thrusting the weight up and down while he rocks back and forth.

Here's the link if you can't find it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8KLFjzwS2pg

3 exercises?

Stevers's picture

Is that enough volume?]
If so, perhaps i'm doing way too many exercises.
I find myself doing 5 exercises and 3 working sets per.
Most sets are 8-10reps, with my first exercise being heavy and 5setsx5reps?
Does that sound like way too much, or is this back workout more for beginners?

I mean i definitely feel like im growing... /shrug

Do ..
