Another great exercise idea and video. thanks again Clark for all your input on this site. i first saw this exercise in a book about Navy Seal workouts its rough.
Very Tough, yes
It's amazing to me how exhausting many of the "bodyweight only" workouts can be. It's especially hard when you strap on additional bodyweight with the weight vest Daniel is wearing. I've done these with up to an additional 75lbs. and let me tell you...that's rough. It's no wonder special forces, police, fire and other professionals use weight vests to condition themselves to be the best at what they do. I plan on shooting some really cool videos, that I will make available later, that will feature weight vest training like no one has ever seen or expierenced. Anyway, have fun and thanks for the feedback. I love this site..it's so much fun!
