There is nothing better then the feeling that you get after a great lifting workout at the gym.
Everyone's body is different, but for me, my goal is to continue to build more lean muscle.
Strong, confident, beautiful bodies....cant get that without incorporating weight lifting into your regimen!!

If most of the ladies I speak to with in and out of the gym could actually see you girls, the damn fine shape your in and of what you speak, my god you would be end up preaching the choir!

So many girls are always hung up about resistance training yet they don't fully understand how a good regime of resistance and cardio is a much better fat loss solution than just cardio alone.

The majority of women don't have the testosterone to build a staggering amount of muscle (provided they keep the amount of resistance limited).

Another point is, is the loose skin that is left behind by weight loss can only be tended to by 'toning' which means pick up those weights girls!

In England we have a name for the loose skin and muscle around the tricep area on a lady... they're called 'Bingo Wings!' which I find is the biggest hang up for most women.
