The thing is, though, I take my 25 grams of proteins BEFORE the workout and not after.... should I change that to after or before AND after?!!

for me...
you're preaching to the choir. I tell my true friends taht are truely training hard, you dont need tons of protein... for those beginners, i say you need at MAX 40. I say 40 because from what they've "READ" they think really high. So saying 20-30g they wont listen. But if i tell them a LOWER amount than what they ARE going to do( like 50g or 60g...) they're much more opt to go to 40 at first, than MAYBE they'll finally listen and drop it to 20-30, later on. trust me, u know as well as I do, you can tell them what you want, but they're gonna do what they want. especially with our media :) which is why you're PULLING YOUR HAIR OUT

fromt he horses mouth , I have just learned something new 20 grams is more than enough . And Again I have a question for you Brian, would this accommodate a 250 pound bodybuilder and does the study apply to any bodyweight . Becauyse from what i learned in the past bodymass plays a big role especially if you trying to put on size . I'm talking from the bodybuilding side of it . Not the athletic side . an explanation would be greatly appreciated .

The pamphlet that comes with those calipers you can buy at GNC say that while a lb of fat is 3500 kCal, a lb of muscle is only 600 kCal. So this is completely false? Or is there perhaps some truth to it?
