HAHA...it's good..u can always modify it any way you want such as add spices or even replace the beans with plain kidney beans and add a cup of bbq sauce instead...Just remember, if you're dieting down...its a great carb/pro balanced meal but you have to eat it plain...NO SEASONINGS ;)

Anyway, good food idea, pretty much anyone can do this and it tastes good too :)...especially if you put some spices in when you're marinating the chicken before cooking it...good stuff

Here are the ingredients. I'm going to have to try this since I'm not a big fan of chicken. I might like it this way!
BBQ Chicken Wraps
Low Carb or Sprouted Tortillas
Chicken (BBQ'd, baked, grilled, seasoned the way you like)
1 slice of Fat Free Cheese
1/2 can of Corn
1/2 can of Ranch Style Beans
1/2 Green Pepper
1 cup of Instant Brown Rice
1 cup of Water

Here we go
Ingredients
2Lb(1kg) Boneless, Skinless grilled Chicken Breast
1 can yellow corn (no salt added)
1 can Ranch Style Beans
1 cup (8oz) Instant Brown Rice
1 med Green Bell Pepper
1 cup of water (or enough to cover the mixture in the pan)
Tortilla (optional)
Cheese (optional)
Pam Spray
Non stick sauté pan
What to do ?
1. Cut the grilled Chicken into desired pieces.
2. Chop Green Bell Pepper into small cubes.
3. Put chicken, bell pepper, corn and beans in Skillet & sprayed with Pam nonstick spray.
4. Add 1 cup of water to the mixture and bring to a boil.
5. Next, cover and cook on medium heat for 10-minutes.
6. Next add brown rice cover & simmer for 5-10 minutes.

i like the sprouted tortilla idea (trader joes i bet ;)) but i never tried them yet. I love flatbread, once again, but that's not exactly the shape we're after here. there are low-carb tortiallas whole wheat too ;) perfect for this recipe. i forget the brand, i apologize, bc i havent bought them in a while..
