I agree completely with Mona you guys are very entertaining in your videos. If this whole muscle thing ends, y'all could start a new Kings of Comedy tour! i saw this video already on dailymotion and have been using the 5 way shoulder exercise..its a killer but very effective. I love this whole back and shoulder routine. Thanks again Jamo for another very unique and effective routine.
