Someone asked me the other day; "Jamo, what's in your gym bag?" Even though it sounds like a silly question, I always look around and wonder to myself what people are toting around in their gym bags too. Some people just walk in the gym with a towel and a change of shoes and other people come prepared with an entire cosmetics package and full change of clothing.
