The bosu ball will introduce a balance component that will help strengthen your core. And of course the deadlift is a great all round exercise for your lower back and posterior chain. As always, be careful when performing an exercise where you are holding weights and your balance is questionable. Make sure you already know how to perform a perfect deadlift and bicep curl and have good enough balance to perform both exercises on the bosu ball.

The Dead Lift is the absolute king of exercises. If you want to grow big, get strong, and have a thick back and trunk, the deadlift is for you. Women can benefit from the deadlift in so many ways as well, since it helps increase the thickness and strength of the hamstrings and is a great overall strength conditioning exercise. However, form is crucial here! You need to choose an appropriate (i.e. light) starting weight and perform the exercise with perfect form, or injury could occur!
