A Little About Me
I started very early training with weights supporting my martial arts training. When at the Danish Tae Kwon Do National team I had a lot of injuries - so I had to build support around my joint. Weight training worked - but it also made me change my point of view on being a complete martial artist. Now I do modelling and write for several magazines throughout the world. In 2002 I finished acting / stuntschool in Hollywood.

Martial Arts & Optimized flexibility
Posted June 14th, 2008 by zanderDid you know there is more than one way to improve flexibility ? Especially for higher kicking in the martial arts. Here "dynamic-moves" - spanding through the full range of motion from bottom to top are one of the best !
Just remember to involve the hip - but still carefully and gradually :-)
More on this topic to come....
Great day to all ! :-)
