When I Started Working Out
i didnt start workout nd complete it yet ,, now i've decide to MAKE IT NO MATTER WHATHow I Started
i lost 11kg when i came to malaysia , so it make it easier for me to start transforming my body ,, even though i just start but i have very good faith in myself that i will make it :)Why I Love It

i wanna ask, in my campus the gym equipment is not that good some machines are not working probably , dumbells is just few believe just few , some even has one pair we dont know where is the other one... there is a better gym around my house but it doesnt have have the bench with bar for the chest ,, but it has good set of dumbells and treadmills but no machines for legs...
so the Q is can i train all the body parts by using dumbells only????
any answer and explaination would be more than welcome :)
