You are in the gym working out, or on a piece of cardio equipment, and you see someone giving it their all day in and day out, but their form is just not the way it should be. Do you approach them, getting out of your own zone of training so that they don't hurt themselves. Do you just keep focused on what you are doing, and if they are still going at it when you are done, then approach them. Some people do not like to be bothered when they are training. So what would you do ?
