My life revolves around fitness, nutrition & health. I discovered weight training in highschool, then after highschool I fell in love with bodybuilding. Its a very disciplined, committing lifestyle, and requires the uptmost dedication, especially the diet aspect. Which for the record does not mean "to lose weight" ;) It's the type of palate of food that you eat on a regular basis.

My love for the human body, and the extreme challenges that bodybuilding posess, lead me towards physical therapy. I'm not one to ever use drugs and medicine and always feel that you can cure and heal yourself naturally by proper nutrition and exercise. Of course drugs have their plays in the field of life, especially emergency situations, but for the most part, our aspirin gobbling, tylenol PM medicinal nation doesn't need all those drugs, in fact they really make you worse off sometimes :).

I'm big into everything about the body, which as I mentioned, is why I'm studying Physical Therapy and going for my Doctorate (after I finish my BA's). I love to help people, especially with weight training and exercise or "Personal Training".

So please feel free to ask me questions about diet & nutrition, or how to achieve a physique that you really want!

Currently no.this pictures was 3 years ago and in the summer vacations i work very hard but when i start unversity i work only 2 times a weak so you can't progress very much.
it was never been a hard thing you know.you got to be very active. if you are ordered in your time you can succes.

yes body i am a doctor at 23 years old because i was at the medical school at 16 years old and i spended 7 years and i am preparing to begin my surgery training for 5 years more to become a surgeon.

yo chief thanks for the advice. can you suggest some safe and healthy supptlements for me.

Still not healed, wow, that must be serious! Ya, guess I should upload some pics, probably once I'm all leaned down again, having some fun at the moment going up to about 280-300lbs under 12% fat mass, lol. Anyways, you heal up now, then hit those weights hard brother!!
