My life revolves around fitness, nutrition & health. I discovered weight training in highschool, then after highschool I fell in love with bodybuilding. Its a very disciplined, committing lifestyle, and requires the uptmost dedication, especially the diet aspect. Which for the record does not mean "to lose weight" ;) It's the type of palate of food that you eat on a regular basis.

My love for the human body, and the extreme challenges that bodybuilding posess, lead me towards physical therapy. I'm not one to ever use drugs and medicine and always feel that you can cure and heal yourself naturally by proper nutrition and exercise. Of course drugs have their plays in the field of life, especially emergency situations, but for the most part, our aspirin gobbling, tylenol PM medicinal nation doesn't need all those drugs, in fact they really make you worse off sometimes :).

I'm big into everything about the body, which as I mentioned, is why I'm studying Physical Therapy and going for my Doctorate (after I finish my BA's). I love to help people, especially with weight training and exercise or "Personal Training".

So please feel free to ask me questions about diet & nutrition, or how to achieve a physique that you really want!

Long time my man! How things going? I've been on the low low myself....work is reallly really keeping me busy! Also my weekends is when I do my music and I mainly only hit the gym then....but hard work will pay off and will ultimately have more time to myself.

IF YOU KNE WANYTHING ABOUT JUICE , you would know that your diet and nutrion has to be SPOT ON for you to put on quality muscle , if you are just saying that " they are on juice " then you know nothing , if you take steriods and eat crap , you will put on FAT , your diet has to be PERFECT for you to add any muscle at all , so these guys clearly know what they are talking about , you still havent proved or backed up your point as i suspected , gd luck with your tiny amounts of protein and you can look forward to seeing me on the olympia stage with my 600g of protein a day :D:D:D:D !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWW !"!!!!!

but these guys on the forum are (no ofense ) a lot bigger and muscleyer than you and they have 350-400g of protein a day , remember i am a bodybuilder not a fitness model guy , all i care about is packing on the maximum amount of muscle possible , and health and safety doesnt play a HUGE role in bodybuilding ( for me personally ! ) , you cant just sit and say 400g is way to much , 300g is way to much , WHERES your proof and evidence or explanation as to why this is way to much ??? if these big massive guys are eating that amount then why not ? i heard a guy who eats 1000g , THATS 1kg or protein a day and he is the biggest freak you will ever see , MUSCLES all over the joint , wheres your reasons and evidence to prove thats to much protein ??????
