A Little About Me

When I Started Working Out

Got the bug in High School, then really got fired up with circuit training in college, my favorite now is gym mixed with wakeboarding.

How I Started

Started with our high school football coach then college circuit training coach.

Why I Love It

Hum, love/hate, love the energy level, don't love the lack of time in my days.

How I Stay Motivated

Its all about my support, my wife and family getting outdoors to bike or hike and the wake, skate or surf when I have two seconds free.

My Worst Injury

Broken femur from skateboarding in the early 90's. 10 days in the hospital. 7 days of traction (nightmare) while they made a custom length rod inserted in my femur. The traction and three breaks caused massive internal bleeding that spread from my shin to middle chest, wow it was ugly.

Goals

Main Goal

Work on cardio, keep fit, increase energy level, health for life.

Short Term Goal

Support from Jamo and the JamCore Personal Training system to improve my core health.

Long Term Goal

Make time for continual health and fitness, establish a regular workout routine with my fiancee. Setup a routine that minimizes the impact on my joints especially my knees after motocross injuries.

Bodyfat Goal

Weight Goal

Currently about 210lbs, want stay about the same by lowering body fat, increasing muscle.

Healthy Foods

Fishitarian (Pescatraian), Mexican Foods, Sushi, P.F. Chang's, Salad Bar, O.J. is my crack, wheat grass, protein shakes.

Not So Healthy Foods

Gourmet coffee, sodas, cheese, candy, I am a bit of a health freak. Stop all caffeine in early 2009 to try and combat my sleep disorder.
