Its all about my support, my wife and family getting outdoors to bike or hike and the wake, skate or surf when I have two seconds free.My Worst Injury
Broken femur from skateboarding in the early 90's. 10 days in the hospital. 7 days of traction (nightmare) while they made a custom length rod inserted in my femur. The traction and three breaks caused massive internal bleeding that spread from my shin to middle chest, wow it was ugly.

Not So Healthy Foods
Gourmet coffee, sodas, cheese, candy, I am a bit of a health freak. Stop all caffeine in early 2009 to try and combat my sleep disorder.

Introducing Mayhem
Posted May 13th, 2007 by WickenIncWe put out the word that we wanted to give members of our community a chance to come meet the crew and participate in our video exersise video segments. We were excited to hear that one of our members screen name Mayhem decided to come join us. She is here at the film shoot getting first had personal training will we are filming with Jamo, Julien and Ves.Mayhem is going to perform a lying leg extention and a bonus lying leg curl exercise with Jamo training, oh feel the pain. Look for Mayhem's video segment in the comming weeks.
