The Economist, Business Week, SPIN and of course, Women's Health!
Books
I just finished Amy Tan's 'Saving Fish From Drowning'. It's a wonderful travel fiction set in Myanmar (formerly Burma). Tan writes a lot about Myanmar's history. It's a very comedic, tragic yet educational piece of literature.
Now I am reading 'Scream and Run Naked' by Dr. Alison Arnold, Phd. I need to get as much help with my life as I can these days!
Workout Music
Madonna, Bjork, Seal Remixes, DrumNBass, House, Jungle, Disco and FUNK baby!
I like to listen to Grunge and Classic Rock when I run - bike, particularly Soundgarden, Led Zepplin and Jimi Hendrix!
